Find answers to frequently asked questions about attending a course at Squires Kitchen.

If you have any further questions or just want some help to find the course that's right for you please feel free to give us a call or drop us an email. We'd love to hear from you!

What should I wear to my course?

We advise comfortable clothing and flat, closed-toe, non-slip shoes (no open-toed sandals please). If you have an apron then it’s a good idea to bring it along to protect your clothes, and long hair should be tied back. We advise that cardigans and jumpers should not be worn as loose fibres can spoil your work.

What should I bring to my course? Do I need to buy equipment?

Squires now provides all course materials and equipment needed on the day for use during your class. All equipment must be returned at the end of your course, however we will provide all students with a discount code that can be used on our online shop.

On the day we will provide you with an apron, full student notes and a box to take home your creation with you. You may wish to bring a heavy duty large bag to carry your box in.

You will have regular breaks for refreshments throughout the day - hot and cold drinks will be available in the school reception throughout the day as well as some delicious Squires made cakes.

You will have approximately a 30 minute break for lunch. We suggest that you might want to bring a packed lunch with you, which can be stored in our student fridge.

Please be advised that the closest shops to us are at least a 10 minute walk away!
