Tired of kneading gum paste for sugarflowers… Try Wafer Paper flower making, quick, fast, humidity withstanding, light flowers fit for that stunning cake or display!

In this workshop learn how to make a rose, wired Peony, blossoms, eucalyptus, wafer leaves and sugar berries. Not only that, how to put together an elegant wreath perfect for any occasion!


You will learn:


  • How to work with wafer paper and its unique properties (great for humid weather and placing on Buttercream cakes) rather than working with florist paste to achieve delicate sugarflowers
  • How to make wafer paper roses, blossoms and leaves
  • How to make wired wafer paper flowers like peonies
  • How to work with paper cutters to cut and curl petals
  • How to work with edible tints to colour and dust your wafer paper flowers.
  • How to assemble your wreath together safely for cake assembly.
