Peonies make some of the most beautiful and impactful statement flowers on a cake and Tara Gan makes some of the most stunning blooms out there! Whether you are a beginner or want to perfect your flower-making skills, there is plenty to learn and enjoy on this creative and inspiring course.

  • Saturday 11th May: 10:00am to 4:30pm
  • Sunday 12th May: 10:00am to 4:30pm

What you will learn:

  • How to work with Flower Paste and the essential tools necessary for making sugar flowers.
  • How to cut, shape and vein petals and leaves.
  • How to individually wire petals and leaves.
  • How to assemble your sugar flowers.
  • How to dust your sugar flowers
  • How to assemble your flowers together into a beautiful spray.


What you will make:

  • Open Peonies
  • Closed Peonies
  • Peony Leaves

You will leave with a beautiful display and the confidence to create impressive wired and pulled flowers.


Note: This class does not include any cake. You will be provided with a box for safe transportation home.
