  • How to cover a cake and presentation board with sugarpaste to a smooth, professional finish
  • How to achieve a flawless sugarpaste covering
  • How to colour, marble, pleat and ruffle with sugarpaste
  • How to make hand-modelled flowers, leaves and berries
