This class has everything; cake, chocolate and prettiness by the bucketload! Maki will show you how to make three incredible desserts, each showcasing a whole array of techniques.

You’ll learn how to perfectly temper chocolate, bake and make delicious treats and decorate them to perfection.

What you will learn:

·         How to temper chocolate.

·         How to use tempered chocolate to create a selection of decorations including chocolate nests and edible eggs.

·         How to make a light, chocolate berry mousse and shape them in silicone moulds.

·         How to make a flawless chocolate glaze and use it to coat your cakes.

·         How to make a delicious chocolate cupcake recipe

·         How to make rich chocolate ganache

·         How to finish your bakes with beautiful decorations and assembly techniques
