Pastry can be tricky to master, so perfect your pastry skills with this fun and informative course. Whether you’re pursuing your hobby or starting up a business, Claire Fitzsimons will guide you through working with pastry to make a variety of delicious treats.

Claire Fitzsimons will take you through the different types of pastries and their preferred uses. Learn the techniques needed to ensure that you achieve perfect pastry every time.

You will then have the opportunity to make a shortcrust pastry, a sweet flan pastry and a choux – all of which will be transformed into delicious desserts.

Claire's teaching style is relaxed and fun and you will go home with a Squires Kitchen Certificate as well as the knowledge and skills to make your very own delicious pastries at home.
