Taking inspiration from abstract expressionist art, this stunning cake features splashes of coloured cocoa butter, a wafer paper corsage and a papier mache effect to create a brilliant contemporary design. Join talented cake designer, Katie Lake, and learn her top tips for creating many special effects that you can incorporate into future designs.
