Join award-winning cake designer Emma Woods to create a stunning ‘Marble, Sparkle and Gold Leaf’ sharp-edged cake. Emma has great experience in styling cakes for weddings and will be sharing her expert advice on how to create a striking and luxurious statement three-tier cake.   • How to create a glitter texture and effect on the side of your cake 
  • How to apply edible gold leaf to your cake 
  • Creating beautiful sugar flower Roses using florist paste and modelling tools 
  • Dusting techniques for a realistic finish 
  • How to safely and securely attach sugar flowers to your cakes.
