Macarons feature in the chicest bakeries and pâtisseries all over the world, but can be very difficult to master. Join us to learn how to make these intricate delicacies in a variety of flavours and colours following the professional method.

In just one day we will show you how to make macarons with the perfect taste and texture using a variety of flavour and colour combinations so your macarons will look and taste absolutely irresistible. 

We will teach the Italian way of making macarons, favoured by professional pastry chefs, as well as how to create a variety of hand-made fillings with ganaches, curds, buttercream or jam. The class will cover two macaron shell recipes as well as two different types of fillings, but you will learn how to adapt the recipes to different flavours to create an endless array of choices. You will also learn to decorate them to a professional finish so that you can create stunning displays and personalised gifts.
