Claire trained at le Cordon Bleu and is a medal winner in the wedding cake category at the prestigious Salon Culinaire competition in 2011 and 2012.
Claire will teach you how to also vein individual petals and leaves, how to shape and dust them for a realistic finish and how to assemble the final individual flowers and foliage into an elegant spray.
