To all the young keen Bakers looking to learn and create, join us with your Guardian for our ‘Young Bakers Easter cake class’. We will be creating a fun Layered Easter themed Cake with a professional Buttercream finish and Chocolate Ganache drip. Then styled with all things Easter, Chocolate Bunny’s, Eggs, and more…

  • Saturday 13th April: 10:00am to 3:00pm

What you will learn:

  • How to bake the perfect Vanilla Sponge.
  • How to make Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream
  • How to professionally trim, layer, fill and crumb coat your cake with Buttercream and Jam.
  • How to colour your buttercream beautiful pastel colours.
  • How to create a flawless finish to a buttercream coating.
  • How to colour ganache.
  • How to create an on-trend drip finish with ganache.
  • How to style out your cake with lots of yummy Easter treats.


What you will take home:

  • A full recipe booklet and student notes.
  • You will leave the course with your finished cake made by you and your Guardian for you and all your family to enjoy!


Please note: Young persons must be aged between 7-15 and your accompanying adult must be over the age of 18 years.

We will not be dowelling and stacking cakes in this
