Junior Bakers: Easter Drip Cake

Spend the day baking and creating this ‘egg-citing’ Easter centrepiece with your Guardian. This fun class will see you practising and perfecting a range of skills to impress your guests this Easter! You will learn some top tips during the class and you’ll proudly take home your creation to share this Easter.

Course date and times:
  • Sunday 5th April: 10:00am to 4:00pm

What you will learn:

  • How to create a light and fluffy vanilla sponge
  • A smooth butter-icing, coloured in your favourite pastel shade
  • How to create the chocolate ‘flick’ encasing the cake
  • The perfect chocolate drip
  • Creating the finishing touches with piping and decoration
  • Create an Easter bunny rabbit from fondant paste

Please note: Guardians can help as much or as little as their child requires. 

Only 1 place needs to be booked for a Child and Guardian.
