To all the young, keen Bakers looking to learn and create, join us with your Guardian for our ‘Junior Bakers - Cookie Workshop’. This fun packed session will be full of great tips and techniques, with all our bakers going home with their own beautiful box of tasty treats.

Course date and times:
  • Sunday 2nd February: 1:30pm to 4:00pm

What you will learn:

  • The perfect recipe for sugar cookies.
  • How to decorate your cookies with rolled fondant & modelling paste.
  • How to flood cookies with Royal Icing.
  • How to pipe with Royal Icing using various designs and different nozzles.
  • How to colour your Royal Icing in multi-coloured tones.
  • How to add lots of finishing touches, such as sugar effects and drawing.
