Elena Wilkinson has a growing reputation as a highly-skilled sugarcrafter, renowned for her amazingly life-like sugar flowers. Over the course of two packed days, you will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of advanced flower making techniques with Elena. She will share her secret tips and personal methodology of how to construct intricate flowers and will provide expert guidance throughout the class.
You will learn advanced skills focusing on how to colour, wire, tape and construct the focal poinsettia flower and supporting arrangement. Elena will guide you through how to mount this delicate arrangement onto a cake to create a stunning floral topper - perfect to adorn any festive celebration or wedding cake.
You will leave with a dummy cake topped with your statement flowers.

This course is suitable for those who have completed a Key Skills: Sugar Flowers course or who have at least some knowledge of making sugar flowers and working with Sugar Florist Paste.
This course requires some additional equipment which you will be able to pre-order. You will be sent an equipment list four weeks prior to the course.
