Chocolate eggs don’t have to be brown! Join Gabriella’s exciting and colourful new chocolate course and learn to make these amazing coloured Easter Eggs and filled chocolate truffles – a stunning gift with a modern twist.

  • How to temper dark chocolate
  • How to use coloured cocoa butter colourings (Cocol) for special effects
  • How to prepare moulds for a professional finish.
  • How to successfully de-mould chocolate shapes
  • How to make flavoured truffle fillings

At the end of the 2 days you will go home with the confidence to work with chocolate.
