On this fabulous one day course you will learn the basics of bread making. Keith will start with an introduction to the basic ingredients and a share essential knowledge and tips on how to successfully make bread in your own home kitchen. You will be introduced to mixing techniques and shown different approaches to developing the dough. You will make three or four different doughs during the class and make a great selection to take home.
Keith will share simple ideas for decorating your bread suitable for Christmas and New Year celebrations – eat today if you can’t resist or freeze ready for the Christmas holidays!
