Over one day, learn how to create wired cattleya orchids to create a beautiful, display to top your cake.

SK tutor Claire Fitzsimons will take you through the essential tools and equipment needed for making this sugar flower. She will teach you the techniques and processes required to create realistic wired flowers. 

Under expert guidance, you will learn different wiring techniques, veining, dusting and how to assemble the final individual flowers.

You will leave with a beautiful display and the confidence to create impressive wired and orchid flowers.

Note: the spray can be used to decorate a cake but the course does not include a cake. If you wish to learn how to cover a cake, please refer to our Key Skills: Celebration Cake course (in the Foundation section).
