Mark will take you through the techniques for working with chocolate, starting with how to successfully temper chocolate. With Mark’s guidance, you will learn three different techniques to make petals, assembling your own fantasy flower.
Mark will show you how to colour chocolate and how to airbrush your creation with coloured cocoa butter to achieve a professional finish. Mark's teaching style is relaxed and fun and you will go home with your stunning flower on a board and with the knowledge to make your very own chocolate treats.
