Join Barry Johnson, the UK's chocolate Master 2017, in mastering the art of chocolate using the finest ingredients and techniques to achieve a professional finish. You will enjoy this course whether a beginner or if you have previous experience of working with chocolate.

  • how to use transfer sheets to decorate chocolate
  • make your very own chocolate bars
  • pipe and roll delicious truffles
  • how to successfully colour your chocolate treats
  • how to use chocolate moulds to their full potential
  • just like a professional chocolatier!
