Marianne Stewart has a wealth of experience in cake decorating, pâtisserie and teaching with particular expertise in celebration and wedding cakes. Having completed her Cordon Bleu, Marianne went on to take a number of different specialist cake decorating courses and qualifications including a cake decorating course at South Thames College and a Level 2 Certificate for Pastry Chefs and Pâtissiers at Westminster Kingsway College. Her exceptional tutoring and demonstration skills have been developed through her background in the training of professional chefs including those on Jamie Oliver's Apprenticeship programme at Fifteen Restaurant. Marianne has previously taught a variety of baking and cake decorating courses at the well-known and prestigious Bake with Maria and Peggy Porschen Academy and even used her extensive technical knowledge to help develop recipes for Peggy Porschen’s book Boutique Baking.

Marianne’s passion for baking and cake decorating is evident in her teaching style, attention to detail and initiative to continuously expand her skill-set. When she’s not baking, Marianne enjoys recipe writing, travelling, yoga and visiting the V&A for design inspiration.
