Perfect Piping and Pearls

Piping is an essential skill for all sugarcrafters to master. Join royal icing expert Tessa Whitehouse on this one day course to practice and perfect your piping. Over the course of the day you will experiment with the various patterns that can be created with a simple shell nozzle, learn how to drop even scallops around the side of a cake and achieve a perfectly rounded hand-piped pearl.
