From whimsical novelty birthday cakes and realistic children's characters to jaw-dropping wedding cakes and intricate sugar flowers, her work is precise and elegant. She launched her business, Delicious Occasions, over six years ago and now supplies cakes to some of The South East’s most prestigious venues. A presenter on Cake Decorating TV, Claire loves to share her passion and expertise with those eager to learn the art of cake decorating both online and in the classroom.
